The development and implementation of innovative ideas is no easy task, but there is usually one more behind-the-scenes action taking place at most organizations, which is making their actions be seen by the public, and making their results reach as many people as possible. Visibility and dissemination, as these tasks are usually referred to, can seem rather straightforward, however, for many organizations that is not the generic experience. Organizations strive to be seen and to share the results of their projects with a broad audience, however, just like mass communication in general, tasks of visibility and dissemination have evolved from writing a single post on social media. During this training, youth workers can learn tools, methods, and best practices to make their work stand out and reach a wider audience. We will address important questions such as the impact of a project, choice of platforms, and engaging relevant stakeholders.
The project’s target group is anyone currently involved in working with young people (in any format) or express serious commitment to get involved in the future; from Hungary, Slovakia, North Macedonia, Romania, Latvia, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Bulgaria.
