Youth workers and youth leaders were provided with experiential learning techniques, various group work methods, and team-building activities.
Participants mastered strategies to estimate the experience and behavior of the group. They developed cooperation skills, the ability to take the initiative, problem-solving skills, and crisis management.
We have chosen the strong connection with the outdoor activities and nature in order to force deeper reflection of participants about themselves - their personalities, so far gained skills and the learning process as well. Involvement of rope techniques and working at heights significantly supported problem-solving / crisis management skills/ group work and trust-building.
I was responsible for sessions aimed at problem-solving, crisis management, developing cooperation skills, and leadership capacities. I facilitated outdoor activities enabling participants to step out of their comfort zone and discover their inner strength.
