BASE - Basic Animation Skills for Employability

Aims & objectives

Objectives:
- Provide tools and methods of animation like face painting, modeling balloons, clown, theatre, group dynamics, juggling, and others.
- Share good practices and methods in the field of youth work
- Enhance soft skills of staff in the field of youth work
- Facilitate the promotion of communication and partnerships among youth organizations and youth leaders/ workers
- Share opportunities to use animation tools as development of opportunities in employability

It was a path to give basic element of animation as a tool to prevent unemployment and to develop new skills to profesionalisation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Portugal, Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia

The TC was addressed to Youth Leaders, youth workers, staff from youth organizations, facilitators.

Training methods used & main activities

Street animation (juggling, balloon modellig, Face painting,..)- Thatre and clown methods, Group dynamics, Reflection Groups.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants showed great skills in organising the final event where they showed their improved skills and their capacities to manage artistic events.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role was connected with Team building, some Theatre exercises and group dynamics and juggling.

I worked on this training for From 14 to 21 of June days as a full time trainer.
