Aims & objectives

The overall aim of the training is to raise the quality of youth exchanges, then we focus on good and bad practices within youth exchanges, quality aspects in projects as intercultural learning, involvement of youngsters, equal partnerships, local impact, project planning, etc.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training course is for voluntary and professional youth workers experienced in organizing an international youth exchange and interested in setting up quality youth exchange projects in the future.
Team is composed of 3 international trainers from different countries and representative/s of hosting National Agency.

Training methods used & main activities

All methods used during a training frame in non-formal education.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants reflect upon their past international youth exchanges and develop better strategies and approaches for future exchanges.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Co-trainer in a pool of 6 international trainers.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
