Artful minds - Erasmus+ Training course

Aims & objectives

Artful Minds aimed to equip youth workers with creative tools in graphic facilitation to better engage, support, and inspire young people. The course focused on building visual communication skills, fostering creativity, and promoting more inclusive and impactful youth work practices.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Artful Minds brought together 28 youth workers and
individuals interested in learning how to draw in a
simple and effective way.
Partner countries: Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Greece

Training methods used & main activities

The training followed a non-formal education approach, using interactive methods such as discussions, world cafés, thematic workshops, experiential learning, and creative exercises. Activities emphasized graphic skills, visual storytelling, and hands-on practice to foster creativity and active participation.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants strengthened their graphic facilitation skills, developed creative tools for youth work, and produced practical visual materials. The project enhanced their confidence in using art-based methods, encouraged collaboration, and created resources that can be applied in daily work with young people.
