Aims & objectives

To develop the system of mentorship and peer support for international Voluntary projects

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group: active volunteers, leaders and representatives of youth NGO dealing with Voluntary Service from COE member states + South Korea and Japan

Training methods used & main activities

NFE methods, such as role plays, work in small groups, interactive presentations, open space etc.
