The main goal of this training was to show how to implement and apply ESC projects for newcomers. To share our information and experiences in ESC to help others develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to organize ESC projects, based on the non-formal learning, exchange of good practices, and quality standards.
The target group was youth workers (involved in youth work and directly working with young people), staff members of NGOs, youth leaders, educators, young people of non-formal groups who are interested in European Solidarity Corps. In total 23 participants coming from Hungary, Italy, Estonia, North Macedonia, France, Romania, Spain, Greece and Türkiye.
The training methods used in this activity were discussions, role-play, simulation games, presentations about the practicalities of ESC.
The main outcomes of this project was to foster solidarity in the European society by engaging more young people and more organizations in accessible and high-quality solidarity activities. New NGOs get ready to create their first ESC project.
The main results: a video guide for newcomers of the workshops of the project that collect learning conclusions to create a ESC project. A partner’s network cooperation.

Juan worked as one of the trainers in our training course and coordinated several workshops such as organisation fair, arrival training and mid-term evaluation, conflict solving methods.
