As the main trainer, I was responsible for designing and delivering the training sessions, ensuring they aligned with the project objectives. I facilitated workshops and interactive activities, guiding participants through key topics such as mentoring skills, intercultural dialogue, conflict resolution, and sustainability strategies. I provided support and feedback to the youth workers, helping them apply what they learned. Additionally, I ensured that the learning outcomes were met, equipping participants with practical skills they could implement in their own mentoring practices.
