Aims & objectives

To develop youth workers Experiential Learning facilitation skills. Participants acquired the skills to design, facilitate and debrief Experiential Learning workshops.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

26 youth workers and educators from Hungary, Spain, Romania, Croatia, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Latvia and Czech Republic.

Training methods used & main activities

The Experiential Learning methods that we use are challenge based learning, body expression and movement and game based learning along individual and group reflection and conceptualization processes.

Outcomes of the activity

AYP booklet, containing the workshops developed and tested by the participants.
