Action Plan "Antithesis".

Aims & objectives

Activities on the following thematic axes: human rights, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, motor deficits, diseases, racism, appearance stereotypes.
The purpose of the Action Plan aims to eliminate discrimination and breaking down stereotypes. The idea of a live exhibition with ordinary everyday people, promotes equality and dignity, to avoid social exclusion of minorities in each society. It does not have a variety of materials and “leakproof” statements but people who share their stories, ideas and experiences in order to combat prejudice and enhance the promotion of diversity.

Outcomes of the activity

During the first phase, it was defined to search participants who represent a vulnerable social group, people also seek the release of personal stereotypes or even volunteers, everyday people who agree to be photographed in pairs with a person who is opposed due to social consensus. Following, we informed totally unknown people through meetings held in the presence of all participants, with initial activities and sociometry for building team, unlocking characters, motivation and warm forming interpersonal comprehension exercises for the development of mutual respect, openness, understanding, empathy, communication and teamwork
