The purpose of the Action Plan aims to eliminate discrimination and breaking down stereotypes. The idea of a live exhibition with ordinary everyday people, promotes equality and dignity, to avoid social exclusion of minorities in each society. It does not have a variety of materials and “leakproof” statements but people who share their stories, ideas and experiences in order to combat prejudice and enhance the promotion of diversity.

Following, we informed totally unknown people through meetings held in the presence of all participants, with initial activities and sociometry for building team, unlocking characters, motivation and warm forming interpersonal comprehension exercises for the development of mutual respect, openness, understanding, empathy, communication and teamwork
