- Improve Youth workers skills with methods and practical tools on conflict management, prejudices and discrimination issues that can be used with youth raising their awareness on tese issues.
-Enhance participants' attitude in transforming conflicts issues in learning opportunity and bring positive outcomes from these

Training methods used & main activities

This TC is Based on experiencing the feelings connected with discrimination, conflict, and peaceful resolution and communication.
We think that the deepest learning is that having impact at all the levels of human being, providing a holistic impact.
So, this is why our TC was composed by sessions of practice (role-play, Theatre of oppressed, exercises of non-violent communication…) from which participants will be able to understand/feel/experiment on themselves feelings and knowledges on conflict and discrimination.
Proposed tools for awareness n communication like Transactional Analysis and asertive communication, as tools to avoid the conflict.
Each activity had its debriefing phase- to give a meaning to each activity as coherent with the whole structure and aims of the project.
