2) To review their strategy and plan future steps.
3) To empower the resilience of youth workers and organizations that are facing challenges in the process.
4) To provide the space for networking and exchange of good practices and tools.

Training methods used & main activities

We have been using self-directed learning, experiential learning, group and individual work, and creative methods towards the growth of NGOs

Outcomes of the activity

-Assess critically their capacity, reality, and community.
-Monitor the achievement of objectives submitted in accreditation
-Learn the ways of monitoring and measuring the results of each activity.
-Plan future activities until the end of the Programme period.
-Develop a resilient mindset of youth workers and organisations.
-Evaluate the quality of their services to young people, youth workers, youth organizations, the youth sector, the local community and stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Ι was part of the trainers' team. I was in charge of sessions on understanding accreditation, SWOT analysis, NGO branding&positioning, NGO Fair, Building resilient organizational culture and planning strategically.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
