Aims & objectives

- Enhance the feeling for European Citizenship among the participants,
- Enhance tolerance, intercultural dialogue and non-discrimination attitudes,
- Develop participant’s soft skills,
- Develop participant’s leadership skills
- Develop mutual understanding and sense for fair play among the participants,
- Develop participant’s ability to work in a team.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

In this TC there were 26 youth and social workers from 8 countries (Greece, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Austria, Bulgaria and Slovakia) all 18+.

Training methods used & main activities

The Training Course was conducted through non-formal education. The participants worked as follows: Individual Work and Group Work ( Bot hsmall groups and large ). Methods used contained discussions on the topic of the TC, as well as theater and art to express individual ideas and opinions. Or to present the topic of the workshop in an interactive and engaging way.

Outcomes of the activity

The Training Course achieved it's desired goal with great effect. The participants were very engaging and cooperative throughout the duration of the activities. Producting journals that were published via social media. Below you may find the examples:

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the Trainer over the full duration of the Training Course. Along with my colegue Mattia Cordioli and Sebulime Elisha Davis.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
