TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

ABCreativity was a 7 days Training Course for beginners on the topic of creativity, curious about what means creativity and innovation and how to use it in local communities and in NGOs reality. It took place in Leszno, Wielkopolska, Poland and gathered participants from 8 countries – Poland. Romania, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Spain and Czech Republic.
I was one of the main trainers, delivering workshops on creative thinking, methods of creative thinking such as Walt Disney Method, creativity in local community, innovation and important of creativity for society, NGOs and individuals.
Countries involved: Poland. Romania, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Spain and Czech Republic.
Target group: youth leaders or youth workers, active members of the organisations. Leaders involved in youth work or education of young people in their daily work,open to develop partnerships and create future networks.
Integration and Team Building Activities, Educational games, discussion and reflection on the topic, plenary, work in small groups, methods of creative things, etc.
The project is still on going. It's clear so far that the project was a success as, many of the participants are implementing the knowledge received in their NGOs, they are empowered to develop the topic in future projects (which are being discussed by now), the networks are still working in future cooperation between the partners.
Facilitate workshops, deliver methods of creative thinking, work on establish an integrated group, comfortable to share ideas and knowledge, facilitate reflections and discussions.
