Aims & objectives

- To revisit DBYN’s process of integrating of HRE in it’s educational approaches, and how
it could serve as a frame for participants’ experiences and actions
- To identify and analyse differences and
and DBYN’s educational methodology
- To gather recommendations on how HRE can be integrated in DBYN’s pedagogical
programme ‘A few words and a lot of action’.
- To promote the educational system of Don Bosco as good practice within the field EU youth work, and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with CoE’s youth sector.

Youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers, ...
The participants came from different DBYN organisations from Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Austria and Germany.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-formal learning & experiential learning like role plays, groups work, reflection tools, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

The main outcomes of the TC were to show how different member organisations are using HRE in their work with their target groups already and to empower them to professionalize it.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
