Objectives:
• To foster an understanding of the concept of European Citizenship
• To empower young people to take an active role in society
• To promote volunteering and active participation
• To debate European values and common European challenges
• To share methods and approaches of youth inclusion
• To establish new partnerships and cooperation for the improvement of quality in international youth work
International Team was composed by the Anna Dervishi (Albania), me-Giorgi Kakulia (Georgia), Martina Ticha (Slovakia) and Gocha Kakulia (Georgia).
Simulation exercises, Role plays, Interactive presentations, group works, Theater plays, Reflection sessions etc.
In accordance to the project´s set objectives we reached to improve the working skills and abilities of our participants and deepend their knowledge and practise in Europe.
Concretely the reached objectives had been:
• improved competences of youth workers on the issues of European citizenship, youth partciipanstion, anti-discrimination and shared realities of their respective communities.
• improved skills and abilities of the participants in conducting intercultural and international youth projects
• improved knowledges of youth workers about partnership in projects, quality standards, project management and participation of young people
• contacted organisations working with young people in order to share working methods, and created new project ideas within the Youth in Action Programme
• established new partnerships and cooperation enabling the improvement of quality in local and international youth work, especially those fighting racial discrimination.
Above mentioned was proved by the evaluation session and written evaluation questionnaire. As well as based on daily reflection sessions.

To contribute to the final report of the training.
