A Boat in the S.E.E.

Aims & objectives

This Long Term training course on project management aimed to build a bridge between youth workers from South Eastern Europe and EU member countries. It encouraged youth mobility and young people by providing practical knowledge on the different stages of developing a project idea, finding the resources and the suitable partners for this. It gave participants the opportunity to work in intercultural environment on a concrete project idea and benefit from the mutual learning process. I was in charge of planning and running the training course.
