1st National Indian Student Forum

Aims & objectives

Designing and delivering training sessions during the 1st National Indian Student Forum, The forum created a platform for the academia, industry and the students to come together to improve the Engineering Education System in India. It witnessed a participation of over 90 students from 18 institutes across the country. India.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The composition of team: 4 trainers from 4 different countries of the EU: Poland, Slovenia, Denmark and Spain (me). The team of local organizers - Indian students from Hamirpur University. The group of participants consisted of 90 students selected by their Universities from all over the India, they were speaking 11 different languages, having different religions.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal education methods were used during all the Training Course: round table discussions, brainstorming, role play, debriefing, group work, and others.

Outcomes of the activity

Students have developed the idea of STRIVE - a new organization that should connect all young inspired young people and leaders of India and work together hand by hand for their common projects, for prosperity and better future in India.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Developing and designing training program together with other trainers, delivering training sessions on leadership, team building, project management, group dynamics, presentation skills.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
