Work experience

International Facilitator, Trainer & Learning Designer (Erasmus+ Youth Programmes) 2024–2026

I design and facilitate international learning experiences within Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, and KA2 capacity-building projects. My work focuses on entrepreneurship, climate innovation, media literacy, inclusion, leadership, and gender equality, using non-formal education, experiential learning, and participatory methodologies.

I regularly work as part of international facilitation teams, contributing to learning design, group facilitation, process coordination, and team development. I also support educational storytelling, reflection processes, and dissemination of learning outcomes across projects.

Selected Projects:

1. Youth Exchange – “Mind the Feed” | Lithuania | 2026

Facilitator & Trainer (Go Forward)

Designed and facilitated non-formal learning sessions for 52 young people focused on media literacy, misinformation, disinformation, propaganda, algorithmic influence, and critical thinking.

Supported participants in developing practical skills for identifying fake news, using fact-checking tools, and reflecting on personal digital behaviour. The programme combined experiential learning, reflection, and action-oriented learning, encouraging participants to develop personal media literacy action plans.

2.Youth Exchange – “Start-Up Stories: Turning Ideas into Impact” | Kaunas, Lithuania | 2025

Trainer & Facilitator (Unique Projects)

Facilitated experiential learning sessions for 30 young people on entrepreneurship, innovation, and social entrepreneurship. Supported participants in developing entrepreneurial mindsets, teamwork skills, and project ideas using tools such as Design Thinking and Lean Canvas.

3. KA2 Youth Climate Innovation Bootcamp | Germany, Austria, Estonia | 2025

Learning Designer, Trainer & Co-Facilitator (2811 Berlin)

Co-designed and implemented a transnational educational programme supporting youth-led climate entrepreneurship and innovation.

Responsible for learning design, facilitation strategy, and coordination of educational activities across partner countries. Supported capacity-building processes for youth workers and partner organisations, focusing on sustainability, circular economy, and systems thinking.

Contributed to:

-international capacity-building activities across partner countries
-online learning sessions for youth-led entrepreneurial teams
-mentoring processes supporting idea development and implementation
-final dissemination event (Demo Day in Berlin)

4. KA2 Training Course – “Gender-Conscious Youth Work” | Italy, Greece, Estonia | 2024

Trainer & Facilitator (EstYes / partner consortium)

Designed and facilitated non-formal education activities focused on gender equality, gender-based violence prevention, and inclusive youth work practices.

Supported youth workers in developing tools and methodologies to identify and address gender-based discrimination and improve inclusion in youth programmes.

Key outcomes included:

-development of educational tools and methodologies for youth work practice
-increased awareness of gender-based violence and its impact on participation
-strengthened organisational capacity for inclusive and gender-sensitive youth work
-empowerment of young participants, particularly women and rural youth, to engage in civic and community activities
