- Facilitation at "Edtech Hack Estonia" (November 2023)
Edtech Hack is a 48-hour hackathon aimed at solving education-related challenges. As a #facilitator in this event, my role was to design a comprehensive agenda and ensure a smooth event flow, providing participants with everything they needed to develop innovative solutions.

- Female Entrepreneurship program in Eastern Estonia - “FFEIV” (September - December 2023)
FFEIV aimed to empower future female entrepreneurs in Eastern Estonia by fostering connections, building new skills, and exploring opportunities for development and growth. In my role of #project manager, I tailored the project plan to ensure its seamless execution, guaranteeing a smooth delivery of the program. In my role as #curriculum designer, I designed dynamic and inclusive content to meet the needs of aspiring women entrepreneurs. Supported by Startup Estonia.

- University Course “Inclusive Pathways: Promoting Diversity and Inclusion in Talent Management" (September - December 2023)
An interdisciplinary course that brought into LIFE a practical toolkit for companies HR departments to enhance their recruitment, selection and promotion processes, overcoming unconscious biases. In my role as a #lecturer, I designed and delivered the curriculum, supporting students in creating the outcome. Supported by Tallinn University.

- University Course “Foundations of cleantech entrepreneurship" (August - October 2023)
An introductory course in cleantech entrepreneurship that enables students to learn about the latest trends, growth enablers, and sector’s challenges. It equips them with the necessary skills to become cleantech entrepreneurs and utilize these technologies in their area of action. In my role as a #lecturer, I designed and delivered the curriculum, supporting students in gaining essential insights to apply cleantech entrepreneurship in their current careers and explore the possibilities of initiating a cleantech venture. Supported by Estonian Business School.

- Facilitation at “ChangeNOW” conference (May 2023)
ChangeNOW 2023 Summit in Paris is a three-day event aiming to connect changemakers addressing our planet's biggest challenges to act together. My role as a #facilitator in this event was to build bridges between entrepreneurs, business leaders, and policymakers to accelerate change and spread their message to the world.

- Managing EIT-Climate KIC projects at Cleantech Estonia
(July 2021 - November 2023)
Cleantech Estonia is a leading partner organization in Estonia, driving cleantech innovation through a range of activities that aim to inspire action towards a greener future. In my role within the organization as a #project manager, I spearheaded initiatives to boost cleantech entrepreneurship and climate action. Some of the key projects I carried out include:

- Climathon: A 24-hour hackathon event focused on addressing climate challenges in cities by fostering the creation of technology-based groundbreaking solutions.
- Climate Leadership Journey: An extracurricular program designed to empower university students and young professionals to lead climate action initiatives, applying systems thinking to drive change.
- Climate Launchpad: The world's largest green business ideas competition, which aimed to connect aspiring entrepreneurs with resources and mentorship to bring their cleantech innovations to market.

- Sustainability Campaign at Tallinn University “Green Month”(April 2021 - April 2022)
Green Month is a monthly campaign designed to inspire university students, academic and administrative staff, and civil society to embrace sustainability. As #project manager, I spearheaded this initiative over two years, orchestrating and coordinating activities that engaged stakeholders in raising awareness about climate change, fostering a sustainability culture by encouraging meaningful changes in daily practices and by integrating new technologies in organisational level.
