I am a trainer and researcher working at the intersection of youth participation, social inclusion, and digital environments. With experience in humanitarian response, education in emergencies, and EU-funded projects, I design participatory learning spaces that are safe, critical, and empowering. I combine evidence-based methods with experiential learning, focusing on inclusion, anti-bullying, financial literacy, and meaningful youth engagement.
Eleftherios BALTZIDIS has 3 references for past work as a trainer.

I am Co-Founder and Programmes Coordinator of Entaxis – Action for Inclusion and Education, where I design and deliver non-formal education activities, youth exchanges, and training workshops under Erasmus+ and other EU-funded programmes. My work mainly focuses on social inclusion, anti-bullying, financial literacy, youth participation, LGBTQI+ inclusion, and empowerment of young people from marginalised and minority backgrounds. I develop training curricula, facilitate workshops, mentor youth workers, and coordinate international partnerships.
Previously, as Senior Education Officer at SolidarityNow (UNICEF-funded Child and Family Support Hub), I led a multidisciplinary team delivering educational and psychosocial support to vulnerable children and adolescents, strengthening safeguarding and inclusion practices.
I am currently a PhD Candidate in Educational psychology, researching and designing digital learning interventions. Alongside my training work, I bring extensive project management experience with international organisations including Save the Children International, Danish Refugee Council, and other humanitarian actors, focusing on programme evaluation, capacity building, and evidence-based practice.
I am currently a PhD Candidate in Educational psychology (Democritus University) researching digital learning interventions for financial literacy education. My doctoral studies aims to capitalise my 10-year professional experience with marginalised ommunities, strengthen my ability to design evidence-based training methodologies, and critically assess the impact of educational interventions.
I hold an M.Sc. in Developmental Psychology (University of Kent, UK) and a Diploma in Education in Emergencies (University of Geneva), which deepened my understanding of child protection, psychosocial development, and inclusive learning in crisis contexts. I also hold a B.Sc. in Elementary Education.
Alongside formal education, I have participated in numerous non-formal learning activities, Erasmus+ trainings, and professional workshops on youth participation, safeguarding, evaluation, and project management. These experiences shaped my learner-centred, participatory training approach and strengthened my commitment to inclusive, rights-based youth work.
