Work experience

For over 10 years, I have been a consultant in European project engineering and a trainer specializing in Erasmus+ (KA1 and KA2) and OFAJ programs. My expertise lies at the crossroads of non-formal education, technological innovation, and social inclusion. Through my work, I strive to design and implement educational projects that foster civic engagement, cultural diversity, and personal development.

I have coordinated numerous projects, including youth exchanges and mobility programs for youth workers, aimed at promoting social inclusion, leadership, and diversity. These initiatives have created collaborative environments where both young people and professionals develop essential skills such as project management, intercultural communication, and active participation. At Universal View, my responsibilities also include overseeing projects focused on civic engagement, sustainability, and the employability of marginalized youth.

I design and facilitate workshops in English, French, and Spanish, covering diverse topics such as diversity, equity, human rights, post-colonialism, and emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality). My participatory methods, including role-playing, simulations, and debates, foster practical and collaborative learning experiences. These workshops are tailored to participants' needs, aiming to strengthen their skills, creativity, and critical thinking.

As the founder of Niamato Consulting, I support associations, schools, and international organizations in developing European projects, securing funding, and drafting strategic proposals. I also translate calls for proposals in English, French, and Spanish to ensure clarity and facilitate submission processes. My personalized approach involves close collaboration with clients to guarantee impactful and sustainable results.
Support for Marginalized and Diverse Groups

I frequently work with young migrants, refugees, and cultural and religious minorities, creating inclusive spaces that value diversity and encourage active participation. My target audiences also include professionals such as teachers and social workers, for whom I deliver training focused on diversity management and social inclusion. My interventions help overcome social and economic barriers while promoting mutual understanding and respect among cultures.
