I bring energy, creativity and commitment to every session. With 4 years of experience in non-formal education, mentorship, and youth work, I create spaces where people feel inspired, challenged, and empowered. Passionate about growth (mine and yours), I turn every workshop into an adventure of ideas and transformation.
Celeste Maria Jafella has 4 references for past work as a trainer.
Mentor in ESC volunteering, Project coordinator. Full time
With four years of experience as a mentor at ESC, I have guided numerous volunteers in their personal and professional growth, ensuring structured support and meaningful learning experiences.
Coordinator of more than 30 international volunteers in ACT, planning activities and guiding them in their day-to-day work.
In addition, I have written a project and delivered workshops on Youth Eco-entrepreneurship, integrating sustainability, innovation and practical learning; and I facilitated a Youth Exchange on Youth Entrepreneurship for Sustainability and led a Training Course on Mentoring under the Erasmus+.
Looking ahead, I want to continue facilitating and training, mentoring volunteers and designing transformative educational experiences. My goal remains to empower young people, promote inclusion and strengthen European cooperation through Erasmus+, the ESC and international initiatives, ensuring that learning is not only informative but truly transformative.
My formal education in Political Science and Public Administration and my Master's degree in Society, Administration and Politics have provided me with a solid grounding in social structures, politics and leadership, which are crucial in my work with young people and international programmes. In addition, my training in Psychological Coaching has strengthened my ability to effectively coach, guide and empower people.
Beyond the academic world, my experiences in non-formal education have been invaluable. These have allowed me to develop innovative methodologies, work in intercultural teams and apply experiential learning approaches in real settings.
Participating in volunteering activities, coordinating ESC projects and leading creative workshops has shaped my perspective of education, not only as a transfer of knowledge, but as a transformative process that fosters growth, inclusion and empowerment. These experiences continue to inspire my training work, ensuring the creation of meaningful, engaging and impactful learning spaces.
