Work experience
In recent years I have designed and facilitated training sessions and project development workshops within Erasmus+ initiatives, focusing on rural youth engagement and community-led local development (CLLD). I work with NGOs, Local Action Groups and regional stakeholders across Lithuania.
My work includes project labs, capacity-building workshops and strategic consultations supporting organisations in developing partnerships, project ideas and sustainable initiatives within European programmes.
Educational pathway
I hold a Master’s degree in Education Management from Vytautas Magnus University, with additional studies in Andragogy. I also hold a Master’s degree (Licentiate) in Catholic Theology with a specialisation in Canon Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology with a minor in Philosophy. My academic background strengthens my work as a trainer, supporting critical thinking, ethical reflection and value-based leadership in learning and facilitation processes.
