TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
http://trainers.salto-youth.net/AnaSnchez/
As a person, I consider myself very proactive, energetic and creative, as well as interested in many social, personal development and social issues.
As a Youth worker, my target groups are mostly kids and young people and I use non-formal learning as a tool for reflection and adquire of knowledge. I like above all to dynamize activities in a fun way and I consider myself a professional, but always close and friendly with the participants, achieving a relationship of trust and respect.
Ana Sánchez has 3 references for past work as a trainer.
Freelancer trainer and facilitator, project-writer and social media manager for different organizations.
After my experience through the Workaway application in Tenerife, where I worked as a volunteer organizing a variety of activities for the guests of a youth hostel, I discovered many countries and concepts thanks to the Erasmus + projects and then I discovered the ESC, so I set off for Italy for an eight months volunteering in the SEMI Pigreco organization, where I discovered my passion for European projects from the organizational and coordination point of view.
As a freelancer, I'm writing solidarity projects and I wrote 2 YouthExchanges related to the topics of mental health and transition to adulthood in adolescents. I also work as a facilitator in Erasmus+ projects, mostly Youth Exchanges and now in March I worked as a trainer with the Injuve for the Mid-Term Evaluation for the volunteers that are doing the ESC in Spain. I consider myself quite related to the world of Youth Working, as I have written several projects and I would like to dedicate myself in the future to the facilitation and writing of Erasmus+ projects and volunteering in my own organization and for others. I have attended 4 Youth exchanges and had the opportunity to facilitate one of them. I have also done an ESC in Italy, and I have attended a Training Course about organizing Youth Exchanges taking into account the values of the European Union.
The education I have done related to the field of Youth work is a course of leisure and free time monitor, where I learned many methods of inclusion to participants with fewer opportunities and barriers, dynamization of activities and groups. I have also done several TCs related to Youth work, project facilitation and writing and organization of Erasmus and European Solidarity Corps projects.
