Chronologically speaking, tracing my professional evolution, I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, which equipped me with core management principles. However, a profound realization soon followed, for organizations to truly thrive, service excellence cannot be an afterthought, it must be a core business strategy.
Consequently, I enrolled in the Master's Degree program, studying Online Marketing Strategies and Sales Management to acquire the necessary tools, specifically, the mastery of consumer behavior, communication strategies and the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
