Hola, Hello, Servus, Ciao! As a mexican in Austria, I am used to an international environment. As a trainer, I work with methods that bring out the knowledge and experience of the participants, thus learning from each other. My aim is to develop empowerment and reflection as tools for the further work of each participant beyond the seminar.

Next to my professional experience (as listed below) I was member of the international team of Trainers from the Kurt Löwenstein Education Centre from 2011 to 2016 (as volunteer). In recent years, I have worked also as a free lanced Trainer, my last two trainings were:
- Preparation Seminar for potential youth workers (Trainings specifically created for refugees who have already working experience with youth in their respective countries)
- Building up a Safe Space as an organisation and during activities.

After graduating from School in Tepic, Mexiko, I moved to Austria where I studied Social Economics at the Johannes Kepler University with a focus on political economics and sociology of developing countries. As part of my studies, I went for 1 year to the University "La Sapienza" in Rome, Italy as an Erasmus student. I have participated on several seminars and workshops (some of them in the framework of the Eramus+ programme) on prevention of discrimination, social inclusion, campaigning, LGBT-rights and activism, etc.)
