We prepare youth workers to use proper methodologies and tools to be able to support their target group in improving the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship competence. This makes young people more opened and willing to discover the attributes of their closer and also wider environment. With this knowledge they will be able to take the upcoming opportunities. Planning, organizing, managing and leading, sharing tasks, analyzing, communicate, good decision making, evaluating experiences, measuring, managing and taking risks, individual és teamwork, ethical behaviour. These are essential skills to became and entrepreneur, but also these are usefull for all the young people that willing to live as individuals.
