Youth Work in the AI Era

Erasmus+ training course focused on equipping youth workers with the skills and knowledge to use artificial intelligence tools responsibly.

In the rapidly evolving era of AI, youth workers must stay ahead by embracing innovative tools without compromising ethics or inclusivity. This training course will bridge the gap between technology and human-centered approaches, enabling participants to:

Gain practical competencies in using AI tools for youth work.
Explore ethical implications of AI technologies in education, social inclusion and community building.
Develop strategies to integrate AI into youth work while upholding human values and diversity.

Mobility dates: 12th–21st March, 2026
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
Participants: 4 youth workers per partner (32 participants in total)
Organizations working in the youth sector with experience in non-formal education or a commitment to supporting innovative practices.
