URGENT call for participants "Youth Project Management"

The overall objective of the project is to improve skills and competences of youth workers in order to deliver quality youth projects. The training includes 2 parts: the first activity will be dedicated to improving project writing skills, the second part will be focused on quality implementation of the project. The training course will be realized through integrated approach that means, the participants will receive all necessary information on (1) current youth exchange programs and possibilities; (2) how to analyze the problems of youth; (3) how to find partners; (4) how to plan and apply the grants; (5) how to improve the different quality aspects of youth exchange/ implementation; (6) youth participation. Besides above mentioned, the following components will be addressed: equal partnership, dimension of non-formal learning, intercultural learning, YouthPass process, seeing the whole project as a long-term learning process and dealing with possible risks. The training course includes the practical exercises on project preparation which will result in completing application and receiving feedback.
