The Partner-Finding Tool
Looking for a Hosting Organization for VET students. First in your organization, later we will design other Youth Exchange in Spain.
We are looking forward to work on common projects for social inclusion!
With the main objective of complementing the training of VET students, there is the possibility of organize a Youth Exchange with young people from different country, with similar curriculum or interests. These young people participate in VET programs or work/study subjects related to health, home care, aid dependency, disability etc.
Now, we are looking for a partner that can host 8 Spanish VET students + at least 8 students from his organization. It would be interesting finding a third partner to send other 8 young people from different country (total: 24 participants).
During a Youth Exchange, participants, supported by group leaders, jointly carry out a work programme (a mix of workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, simulations, outdoor activities, etc.) designed and prepared by them before the Exchange. Youth Exchanges allow young people to: develop competences; become aware of socially relevant topics/thematic areas; discover new cultures, habits and life-styles, mainly through peer-learning; strengthen values like solidarity, democracy, friendship, etc.
In addition, we together (young participants and Youth workers) can design a second Youth Exchange in Spain to submit a proposal at one of the next deadlines (26 April/ 4 October 2016).
The last part of the Youth Exchange will consist of presenting the possibility of an European project within the Erasmus + Program, through a Strategic Partnership (Key Action 2) for the exchange of good practices in the field of Youth, VET programs and Youth field. At this part, the young participants will continue being the protagonists. They will collaborate together, giving ideas and their opinions to build the future project.
