Youth and Media

Youth & Media is a European youth exchange (2026–2027) led by What’s Next Media vzw, a youth-driven collective from Belgium that empowers young people to create and reflect on media.

We will bring together around 30 young people (18–30) from across Europe to explore how youth voices are represented in media today — from social and digital to traditional outlets.

During 3–5 days in Flanders, participants will visit media organisations, join creative workshops, and co-create ideas to strengthen youth participation and visibility in the media landscape.

We are looking for non-profit youth or media organisations who share our values of inclusion, creativity, and critical media literacy. Each partner can send 3–4 participants.

Together we aim to build a European network of young media makers who return home inspired to launch new projects amplifying youth voices in their own countries.
