Your potential partner for KA1 and KA2 projects

The EduMentor Foundation was established in February 2023. Our main activity is to support the initiative of young people mainly through regular meetings of young leaders and work on projects targeting the needs of the local community. Our young people come from disadvantaged areas located in south-eastern Poland in the peripheral part of the European Union, the majority coming from rural areas with a much lower GDP. We are mainly focused on youth aged 16-18.
One of our goals is to shape young people as leaders of positive changes in the local community and to develop their key competences useful for their personal, social and professional development and necessary for a successful start in adult life.
We are a young organization and have little experience with the Erasmus program. So far, we have been a partner in a youth exchange project.
