Planning a youth exchange or training course? Partner with our Tbilisi-based NGO for motivated Georgian participants and experienced group leadership.
Looking for a committed Georgian sending partner for your next Erasmus+ project?
Academy of Youth Leaders is a non-profit youth organisation established in 2022 and based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are seeking coordinating and hosting organisations interested in including Georgian participants in youth exchanges and training courses.
OUR PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS
Our priorities are KA152-YOU Youth Exchanges and KA153-YOU youth worker mobility and training courses, including opportunities organised by accredited partners under KA151-YOU. We also welcome discussions about KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnerships where Georgian participation is eligible and contributes to the project’s objectives.
We are primarily interested in joining projects coordinated by other organisations, both during proposal development and within approved projects where Georgian participation is possible.
WHAT WE BRING
We work with approximately 400-500 students annually and have connections with schools, youth organisations, institutions and regional networks. Our activities focus on non-formal education, leadership, volunteering, civic participation and educational opportunities.
As a sending partner, we can support:
• Participant outreach, selection and preparation.
• Experienced group leadership and participant support.
• Travel coordination and communication with participants and parents.
• Workshops and contributions to the learning programme.
• Project documentation, dissemination and follow-up activities in Georgia.
Our international coordinator has participated in approximately 12 Erasmus+ projects and served as a group leader in three. The Academy is developing its first Erasmus+ partnerships, supported by staff with practical experience in international mobility and youth project management.
PARTICIPANTS AND INCLUSION
Our youth target group is aged 13–30, with selection adapted to each project’s requirements. For training courses, we can involve suitable youth workers, group leaders and staff.
We welcome opportunities for young people facing financial, geographical and other barriers and will agree appropriate preparation and support measures with partners.
COOPERATION AND TIMING
This is an open partnership call covering potential cooperation during 2026–2027. It does not represent a confirmed or funded activity. Individual project dates, group sizes, responsibilities and resources will be agreed with the coordinating organisation.
Our priority is sending participants abroad. We are also open to exploring future activities in Georgia with experienced partners’ guidance.
GET IN TOUCH
Please send a brief project outline, proposed dates, participating countries and the contribution you expect from a Georgian partner. Our Partner Identification Form is available upon request.
