YounGO Improving young population employability

Aiming (Erasmus+ guidelines) : develop and reinforce networks, increase their capacity
to operate at transna-tional level, share and confront ideas, practices and methods
Contextualization: We are currently assisting an exceptional and historic moment
where all the consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic situation are impacting the
way our society organizes itself. One of the most important factors that we, as a
society, should attend is the way we will create a labor market where young people
could develop their own life projects in a way that they don’t feel excluded from society
and allowing them being an active part in searching solutions for the problems we are
facing as a society.
Description : YounGo is a project whose main objective is to improve the employability
of young people. The project will especially focus on the Mediterranean area where the
average of young unemployment is extremely high. This project will develop a new
methodology that will allow creating a multiplier effect, forming directly some young
workers who will disseminate this knowledge between other young people in each of
the countries who participate in the project.
Aiming at the following results :
1. Promoting young employability.
2. Increasing young people social inclusion
3. Reducing socioeconomic differences between countries from the European
area
