This project aims to give youth a chance to be entrepreneurs of marketing of medicinal plants which are raised by soilless farming greenhouse. In Turkey even though we have fertile soil day by day because of global warming, pollution of soils and concretion we are losing huge part of it. To increase the crop and at the same time raise endemic medicinal plants require huge amount of money and workforce. To overcome from this problem soilless farming greenhouses are real solutions. Via soilless greenhouses you can increase crop three times a year without heating. Not only increasing the crop but also it gives you chance to raise endemic medicinal plants which are very hard to raise. Moreover for youth farmers it will be the way of efficient marketing. As Turkey we are not good enough at soilless farming of medical plants so when we look at the world market we can see the good and successful stories especially in Netherland. So five young farmers from Turkey, Five from Slovenia and five from Spain will go to Netherlands and Slovenia to find out new farming techniques and take some trainings about soilless farming of medicinal plants and when they come back Turkey they will be able to found their own soilless farming greenhouses and teach all the technics about soilless farming of medical plants to their peers. After cultivation they will be able to market the medical plants on a special web platform which will be created under that project as one of intellectual outputs.
