THE PARTNERS IN THIS PROJECT ARE ONLY THE BLACK SEA COUNTRIES: ARMENIA, GEORGIA, MOLDOVA, UKRAINE, GREECE. ACCORDING TO THE GUIDANCE OF THIS FINANCING LINE OTHER COUNTRIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
The overall objective of the program is to improve the effectiveness of regional cultural heritage policies, thereby improving the capacity of partners and regions to develop value added heritage tourism products and services. The project seeks to encourage regional and local actors to evaluate interregional cooperation. A tool to follow up on growth by winning the experiences of others. The explicit exchange, exchange and transfer of experience, knowledge and good policy practice will contribute to the dissemination amongst partners and partners of the successful experiences gained in the different regions of Europe. The project aims to diversify tourism offerings in the Black Sea Basin with heritage-based products and services, addressing stakeholder alliances and skills alliances to improve professional skills and thus to ensure product innovation.
The project aims to further internationalize cross-border tourism and tourism businesses, achieve excellence and facilitate their adoption by the global market. The project combats stakeholder fragmentation and detects unexplored cultural potential in emerging Black Sea areas by uniting forces and replacing outdated skills and sets of knowledge with a new shared vision of development. Perfectly linked to local tourist consumption points, the end product offers authentic and multicultural experiences along with the necessary tourist services available in real time such as accommodation, facilities, transportation, catering, souvenirs and traditional products, open activities , Indoor and artistic. The end product is a multisensory experience in an Eurasian cultural space (cultural route, iBook / eBook, Heritage Games, online reservation system, loyalty point system) inspired by the COE principles for cultural routes, exploiting both the intense technology experience. Territory this project will address the connected consumer market, seniors' and young people's market.
The project intends to use a number of innovative methodologies and techniques that can be spread in the Black Sea Basin, exceeding the lifetime of the project. More specifically, he follows:
- Creating collaborative knowledge networks to develop innovative tools to signify, valorise and use local heritage for tourism.
- Knowing partners through knowing and sharing experiences, developing best practice recommendations
- transfer of know-how from project partners to local agents and related organizations
- Creating a model to support best practice in planning and developing heritage tourism products.
- Develop pilot projects to serve as examples of best practices associated with accessibility of tourism and the convergence of supply and demand.
Potential partners will be selected based on their experience in IT, tourism, local history promotion.
