SUBJECT: Coordinator Search – Cinema & AI Masterclasses (KA210-YOU)

Dear colleagues,
Associazione Sostegno Armonico (ASA) is a Turin-based NGO (Italy) with 15 years of experience as a lead organisation in educational cinema projects, collaborating with the National Cinema Museum and Film Commission Torino Piemonte.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ASA is seeking one non-profit coordinator / lead organisation working with young people facing socio-economic challenges. The coordinator should be able to submit the KA210-YOU application and send three separate groups of 8 people to Turin (Italy) for three different sessions (30 participants in total) with intermediate English skills. PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are looking for a coordinator to apply for a KA210-YOU grant to host three intensive 1-week residential masterclasses at our studios in Italy.

TARGET GROUPS
Each masterclass will host 8 participants: 7 young people (18-30 years old) + 1 senior team leader.

METHODOLOGY
A highly immersive "learning-by-doing" approach and non-formal training supervised by professional filmmakers in our private film studios.

MASTERCLASS CONTENTS
Filmmaking: Pre-production, on-set production, and post-production.
Film Scoring: Composition and sound design.
Empowerment: Psychological personal growth through art. GOAL
Each group will produce one short film in one week, managing all artistic and technical roles, both in front of (Cast) and behind the camera (Crew).

INNOVATIVE STRATEGY
A participatory formula strictly following the indie-cinema workflow. We offer a unique balance between traditional "analogue" mise-en-scène and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence production and post-production techniques.

REQUIREMENTS
No previous cinematic or musical skills are required for participants.

ERASMUS+ PRIORITIES
Inclusion: Applied to both participant selection and the social themes of the films.
Digital Transition: Focus on high-tech filmmaking domains and AI workflows. WHAT WE OFFER: TRAINING + FULL HOSPITALITY
ASA’s residential facility integrates film studios and accommodation into a single, safe, and inclusive creative hub. This setup optimises logistics and eliminates travel downtime, ensuring a total creative full-immersion and a highly effective training experience.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE & GEAR
Expert Team: 15 years of experience (Director, Composer, Set Designer, Sound Engineer, and Psychologist).
Professional Gear: Scenery/props atelier, green & black screens, 4K cameras, drones, 196 kHz-multichannel audio recorders, Adobe AI software, 5.1 cinematic audio systems.

SOCIAL INCLUSION STRATEGY
The project targets young people facing economic and social barriers, providing them with high-end technological and artistic tools that are usually inaccessible to them. We have chosen to focus on these categories to ensure that the technical-creative path serves as a real empowerment tool, enhancing their employability and professional growth in the labor market. LANGUAGE:
English

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY & PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS
The residential facility is located on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. While we strive for maximum social inclusion, the building currently has physical barriers for people with severe motor disabilities. We will coordinate with the coordinator to ensure the selected participants are informed and their physical needs are compatible with the venue's layout.
