Unknown Belarus: promoting partnership

This study will aim to explore different forms of support of NGO’s and institutions working with youth in Belarus. This country has unique experience in youth work with long history and traditions. During the study visit participants will meet representatives of different youth organisations, learn from their experience and best practice, visit NGO’s and youth organisations in Minsk which work against social and economical exclusion in various forms and have different target groups (unemployed, disabled people, minorities, youth at risk of economical exclusion, social exclusion). Participants will explore different types of projects and opportunities for cooperation in the future.

This study visit will offer wide range of activities to achieve its objectives and meet the needs of participants.

Apart from visiting the organisations, the participants will take part in workshops about promotion their work in social media and quality of project management Moreover, this Study Visit will be a contact making event, focusing on chances and opportunities for intercultural dialogue, opportunities for future transnational cooperation and joint activities.
Established partnerships particularly with organisations from Belarus will support the professional development of those who work in the field of youth, raise participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build networks of international contacts, to actively participate in society and develop a sense of European citizenship and identity .

The objectives of this project are:

- To reinforce cooperation with partners from Belarus and other European countries.

- To improve management skills and develop International Development Plan

- To increase cultural awareness

- To increase the capacities, attractiveness and international dimension of organisations

Participants: STAFF OF ORGANISATIONS who are responsible for project management and international projects, no age limit.
