Project Scope and Objectives
This project, coordinated by the Anatolian Lions Businessmen Association (ASKON), aims to implement an international training and cooperation model to enhance young people's entrepreneurship and digitalization skills. By updating traditional entrepreneurship concepts with modern approaches, the project seeks to provide solutions that will help young people integrate into the new era of entrepreneurship ecosystems.

The main objectives of the project are:

To equip young people with entrepreneurial and digitalization skills and knowledge,
To redesign traditional entrepreneurship training modules with modern approaches,
To foster international collaborations and expand the entrepreneurial network,
To promote the social and digital dimensions of entrepreneurship among young people.
Implementation Process and Activities
The project will be implemented over 24 months in partnership with organizations from Turkey, North Macedonia, Romania, and Croatia. The planned activities include:

International meetings and experience-sharing events,
Development of entrepreneurship and digitalization training modules,
Creation of a database for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs,
Preparation and dissemination of an international entrepreneurship guide,
Awareness-raising activities through training and dissemination efforts.
Work Packages (WPs)
WP1: Project Management (Budget: €36,000)

Project coordination and administrative management,
Communication and evaluation meetings with partners,
Reporting and risk management.
WP2: International Meetings (Budget: €20,870)

Organization of three major international meetings within the project,
Exchange of knowledge among partners and identification of best practices.
WP3: Intellectual Outputs and Dissemination (Budget: €141,530)

Development of entrepreneurship and digitalization training packages,
Publication of an international guide for entrepreneurs,
Creation of a web platform and mobile application.
WP4: Training Activities (Budget: €51,600)

Organization of training camps for young entrepreneurs,
Workshops and seminars on digital entrepreneurship.
Expected Outputs and Impact

Empowering young people with entrepreneurial and digital skills,
Establishing an international entrepreneurial network and enabling entrepreneurs to connect,
Modernizing and implementing entrepreneurship education methodologies,
Providing new opportunities for young people in digital entrepreneurship,
Bringing together young people from different European countries to exchange experiences.
This project, funded under the Erasmus+ KA220-YOU program, presents a comprehensive model that enables young people to adopt innovative entrepreneurship approaches and integrate into the digital transformation process. Through international cooperation and innovative strategies, this initiative aims to enhance young people's economic and social empowerment, contributing to the development of a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in the long run.
