Training in Riga Multiply

The youth organization from Riga (LV Young Folks LV (OID E10054579) organizes MULTIPLY training on the financial sustainability of NGOs and youth organizations.

Young Folks LV was born in 2012 as an informal group of 5 teenagers. After 1.5 years, there were 25 teenagers, and now we are a community of more than 400 youngsters, children and parents. In 10 years we have come a long way in our development as an organization, including the financial model of our work. Not everything is perfect yet, but we would like to share our experience and keys to success that we have already achieved.

In this training course you will be able to:

- learn about the financial model and management of the partner organization;
- review and analyze the financial model of your organization;
- share your problems and experience in the management of the organization and youth work;
- develop steps, possible solutions for the implementation and application of financial management methods for your organization;
- get to know new partners and build new cooperation;
- learn about social entrepreneurship and various methods of problem solving;
- get acquainted with the winter nature of Latvia and the culture of other countries;

We invite founders of organizations, leaders and youth workers who lead the organization and influence the management and structure of the NGO to join us in this training course.
