Training course Mental Health
The project is a training course on mental health that will take place in Spain.
Through art and the connection with nature we promote personal self-knowledge, emotional intelligence and resilience. We provide methods and tools to find a balance between the professional and personal lives of youth workers to prevent mental health diseases, isolation and social exclusion.

This project can include young people with fewer opportunities like

- Economic obstacles
- Disability
- Educational difficulties
- Cultural differences
- Health problems
- Geographical obstacles
Each partner should involve youth workers with one or more of the next common
characteristics:
-Interested in learning more about emotional intelligence and the emotional spectrum.
-Experience working in the field of mental health.
-Experience working in the social field regarding emotional and mental practices.
-Interested in developing artistic methods to implement them with their target groups.
-Interested in contributing with new skills and new points of views after having experienced a difficult life
period and how they integrate it into their daily lives.
Then, each partner should involve 3 participants having one or more of the previous
characteristics.
