Project dedicated to empowering young individuals as they navigate the challenging transition from education to the workforce. This pivotal phase in a young person's life can be fraught with uncertainties and obstacles. Our project is a beacon of hope, designed to equip youth with the skills, experiences, and self-assurance necessary to flourish in an increasingly competitive world. Through the power of volunteering, we aim to illuminate the path to brighter and more promising futures for our youth.

Participants:
Aged 17 - 25 years old.
7 participants + 1 group leader/per country
Mobility duration: 8 days + 1 travel day.

1. How are you going to help us ensure the continuous effects of this project and sustainability of it's results?
2. How are you going to use (disseminate) results after the mobility?
3. What are your dissemination channels?
4. We expect each partner to send at least couple participants with fewer opportunities per national group. What kind of barriers will be facing your participants?
