Together in Europe (Youth Exchange)

We’researching for a foreign project partner (school or youth organisation) interested in an exchange of young people at the age of 13-14 years, the minimal number of young participiantsis is 16 (for the whole project)
The main goal of project is to stimulate active participation of young people in democratic life and to increase their citizenship responsibility through:
• discovering new cultures, habits and life-styles;
• strengthening values like democracy,European identifity, friendship, respect;
• creating multimedia projects in youth international teamworks;
• improving media and communication abilities;
• improving language abilities of teenagers;
• supporting creativity and initiative of young people;
• increasing competences of youth workers (group leaders etc.);
• reinforcing the capacities and international scope of the participating organisations.

The planned actions of Youth Exchange:
1. Youth Journalist Workshops to establish a professional base to young people for working on their own projects.
2. Youth International Teamworks to create multimedia projects:
• teams will work on presentations about their regions;
• presentations will be delivered in English language;
• young people will introduce their final presentations in both participanting countries.
3. Youth Multimedia Projects will be advertised in local media (tv, newspapers), social media etc.

The schoolis a relatively young institution, already teaching with the usage of the CLIL system. Some of the teaching staff is formally qualified to teach the integrated education and the English language by using innovative tools and methods of teaching. At our school the basis of upbringing and education is the multi-faceted and multi-directional support of children’s comprehensive development based on the Multiple Intelligence Theory by Howard Gardner.
The school disposes of the qualifited staff able to lead and manage the project. The school has implemented lately the Erasmus project in the area of learning mobility for school education staff.
