TIME-THE ICONICS EUROPEAN MYTHS

TIME-THE ICONICS EUROPEAN MYTHS

It's a training course that will take place in Reggio Calabria.
This project's purpose is to find the common roots of european people across our history. Through non-formal study of the common stories, myths, traditions and their cultural affinities, we can recognize ourselves in the other cultures. The achievement is the consolidation of a plural model of civil coexistence. The training course increases the tolerance and the personal attitude of relating with each other. The participants will explore the common european stories and myths to find the same roots in our folklore . We expect a strong impact on the participants and on their sense of belonging to Europe, based on respect of fundamental rights of individual subject.
Before, during and after the training-course, several activities will be promoted to involve the partners in the design and implementation of the project, especially in order of the dissemination of results.
At the local and regional level, the training-course will strengthen the “Citizen of Europe” Idea, based on respect for fundamental rights of the individual.
At European level, in the long term, the effect of the project idea will have an impact on education, training and youth systems, also through the application of political reform measures, and forecast of more resources to the opportunities for mobility in Europe.
