The power of mental well-being in youth work

Exchange and training in Belgium about how to empower youth workers to nurture young people's personal growth and well-being in youth work.

The project aims to empower youth workers by providing them with comprehensive training in active listening, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

It focuses on enhancing their ability to create safe and inclusive spaces for young people, fostering trust, and recognizing and addressing mental health issues.

By equipping youth workers with these tools and knowledge, the project seeks to facilitate the personal development of young people, promoting their well-being and growth in a supportive and nurturing environment.
