The Fountain

We are happy to announce the call for participants for the training course & good case practice event “the fountain”, which is going to take place in Eskisehir, Turkey. This project is designed to guide organizations for revising their resource management plans and sustainability in terms of human resources, impact and finance. Also it will help sharing good case practices and building new partnerships on international level.

Objectives:
# Increasing capacity of organizations about providing themselves human resources, impact and financial sustainability
# Disseminating both good & bad case practices
# Building strong and sustainable partnerships
# Increasing awareness of youth workers about their roles on organizational sustainability.

Participant Background: (PEOPLE WHO...)
* has at least 1 year experience of youth work area. (Doesn't have to be in Erasmus+)
* wants to work for youth in order to create sustainable organizations.
* "puts the people first, and accept nothing less!"
* has passion for changing organizations!

Further Details & Selection:
The activity of the project will take place in Eskişehir, Turkey (8 day) in November or December.
There will be 2-3 participants selected from each country (depends on the final agreements). Gender balance will be important.
