It is organize under the Erasmus+ Programme, by 40 person group of youth in 13 - 16 years old from 4 different countries (with active support of their teachers and local schools). Using intercultural and nonformal learning by mixing all participants in different groups will help them to discover their team abilities, cultural awareness and other “soft” competences. During the exchange, each activity will be suitable for one field of the Game, in which participants will take specific actions to go forward and in the end finished the game in one of possible endings. Moreover there will be no winners or losers, but more experience and more self – awareness participants, well prepared for future challenges. That will be main result, shared with the others by online diaries of each teams, writing day by day with all emotions and practice.
