Training course for social workers to acquire PCM competences to support inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities in nonformal learning projects
UILDM Lazio Onlus (Rome – Italy) is looking for partner organisations who have experience with inclusive youth work and who want to improve their youth workers’ inclusive project design and management skills.
The training course will take place in Italy and will last 5 working days + 2 travel days.
Aim:
To improve the number of high quality social inclusion projects in international non-formal learning settings.
Objectives:
To share best practices on how to include young people in each phase of project design to the maximum extent.
To reflect on how to design projects that respond better to needs analysis of the target groups.
To create an Inclusive Project Cycle Management (IPCM) manual for youth organisations.
Target Group:
Organisations from Erasmus+ Programme and Neighbouring Partner Countries. The participants should be motivated youth workers, youth project organisers, inclusion workers who work with young people with disabilities, socio-economical difficulties, learning difficulties and other fewer opportunities.
