TC "How to...- Quality Management in Youth Exchange: Train the Trainer"

This Training Course is about quality management in Erasmus+ projects, especially in Youth-Exchanges.
The participants will learn about Erasmus+ and its program, the basics of project-management, the methods of securing quality and about how to lead a group.
Furthermore they will learn different methods of warm-up and group-dynamics as well as methods of reflection and transfer.

Last but not least we will talk about adolescence, too and their specific needs and situations. That includes matters of security as well as matters of sexuality (a "thing" very often not discussed but of high relevance to people of this age).

“Learning by doing”: There will be an experimental situation, as if every participant is leading a Youth-Exchange. All the other participants will be the "kids" then. So the participants will get the opportunity to make their experiences from both perspectives: as leader and as participant.
