SUPPORTIVE ECOSYSTEM TO FOSTER YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Do you know what a natural ecosystem is and how it can be connected to proactive human efforts? In nature, plants, animals, and other organisms, along with climate and landscapes, work together to form a balance of life. The entire Earth's surface is a network of interconnected ecosystems, where each component plays a vital role.

In our Extramus world, we aim to create a supportive ecosystem for young entrepreneurs by fostering their entrepreneurial mindset and providing them with the necessary guidance, learning opportunities, and professional development. Just like in nature, our goal is to help young entrepreneurs establish connections, share experiences, and transform their ideas into successful businesses. During the Youth Exchange through a series of engaging workshops, interactive simulations, and practical activities, participants will gain expertise in different topic such as financial literacy, mindset, soft skills, teambuilding and public speaking. By fostering a collaborative environment, we aim to empower the youth to showcase their potential and thrive in their entrepreneurial journey.

The project will consist of 4 sub-topics which are:

- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- How to develop idea into business plan
- Soft skills and teambuilding
- Public Speaking and Pitching

Our objectives:
1. The project aims to create a supportive ecosystem for young people, fostering their entrepreneurial potential by establishing connections and facilitating the sharing of experiences.
2. The project aims to instill an entrepreneurial mindset among participants, encouraging them to think creatively, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and development.
3. Through a step-by-step guide, which participants will create by themselves during implementation phase, the project seeks to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to translate their ideas into comprehensive business plans.
4. The project aims to improve participants' soft skills, including communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving, while emphasizing the importance of effective teamwork to drive successful business.
5. The project aims to help participants overcome the fear of public speaking, especially in non-native languages, and develop the confidence to deliver compelling pitches by providing tailored workshops and training sessions.
